Kim Arbour is the Owner and Director of Clearwater Facility Services Inc., a proudly 100% Indigenous-owned company. A member of the Métis Nation of Ontario, Kim brings a deep commitment to community, cultural respect, and quality service.
Before founding Clearwater, Kim dedicated most of her professional career to the Education sector, where she supported students with special needs and led the implementation of FNMI (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) initiatives. Throughout her life, Kim was also immersed in the family business of facility services and general contracting, gaining hands-on experience and developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a vision to offer reliable, community-minded facility solutions across Canada, Kim launched Clearwater Facility Services. Today, the company operates nationally, delivering high-quality general contracting, site services, and seasonal maintenance solutions with a focus on responsiveness, integrity, and Indigenous inclusion.
